I needed these badly. Someone else in my stamp club had made some card tags and I ran through them in about a month, so I decided to make more (I am out of them again, so I will probably be at this again soon). I just used some random ribbon and then stamped my hot air balloon set like crazy in different combinations for this end result. I used my Cricut to cut the tag shape.
