It's a Boy Card

I scalloped the bottom of some blue paper, added blue patterned paper and then a blue ribbon.  I glued that on.  The little outfit was on some paper.  I cut that out and then glued it onto blue paper.  I used a scallop punch for the sentiment.  I stamped the blue sentiment and then chalked the edges.  I used a dimensional to make it pop.
