I started with white cardstock for this card. I used blue that was cut a bit smaller next, then I added a brown embellishment ribbon which I taped to the back before gluing the blue to my card front. I then used a stamp from Impress to stamp the white rectangle with yellow dots. I cut two strips of blue and green paper and used scissors to trim the little pennant shapes. I used my Cricut to cut two ovals: one white and one craft brown. I used a clearance set from Joanns for the cupcake on the white oval. I glued this one and then used my Pretty Petites set to punch and create the "Happy Birthday" sentiment. I used a dimensional to make the sentiment pop.
