Rainbow, flower "hello" card

I just kept going with this rainbow thing.  This was stamped using a clearance set from Joanns.  After stamping, I used a 1" square punch and then adhered all of them, but one with runner tape.  I picked one (at random) and used a dimensional to make it pop.  Finally I picked a sentiment and stamped it and then I rounded the bottom right corner.
