You're Fabulous Card

I used blue card stock as the background for this card.  Then I used dark brown card stock and some patterned blue for accent.  I stamped the lady, chalked her water, used diamond glaze on some of the bubbles for texture, then I stamped the sentiment and glued everything.  Finally, I added the ribbon.
